Newcastle Fan
Well done today, worked hard and got us back in it, i still think he can improve his end product which considering the stats above is crazy done enough for Tuchel to keep him starting for England. Ginola14
almost back to his best in recent weeks very confident finish on his weaker foot great to see such an important player for his attacking threat and overrall workrate why do players keep getting away with smashing him in the face though? Mike
Genuinely forgot what a little miserable shitheel he used to be. Love this kid. Maybe Pickford is a decent dude as well?
Gaztoon
Calling him rotten for going down until it showed you the blood.. looked like nothing at first.
kenlau88210
Not trying to be negative. I am glad Gordon has been delivering goals and assists recently. But for yesterday I found it a bit strange that most people think Botman was most at fault for the 1st goal when Gordon just let Porro have all the time and space to deliver that peach of a cross to Solanke. Holloway
i wonder if he would benefit from putting a bit of muscle on his bones, he's kind of lightweight and it could take him up a notch
Funtime Frankie
13 minutes ago, Holloway said: i wonder if he would benefit from putting a bit of muscle on his bones, he's kind of lightweight and it could take him up a notch In that interview a few months ago with Gary Neville he said he is allowed not to go into the weight room due to him doing yoga instead. I think he believes that putting on muscle will be detrimental for him. I think at times he may look weak due to him ensuring he gets free kicks he like Bruno loves to buy a free kick on minimal contact

Conjo
Adding muscle isn't so straight forward. Could end up slowing him down and/or gas out quicker. He's apparently very focussed on his exercising and dieting, and does his own routines rather than with the club staff if I remember correctly. Ronaldo
Bit of a creepy post imo.
OoOGazOoO
It would massively depend on the type of weights too. You have different types of muscle fibres and some lend themselves better to longer, endurance based events, which I would say Anthony is definitely in, as opposed to fast twitch fibres which Olympic Sprinters, weight-lifters, etc... would typically develop. You then have fibres in the middle which basically 'lean' in the direction you are training, so i.e. you do more fast and explosive type movements, then your pink intermediate fibres will transition more towards fast twitch fibres.
