judging by trafalgar square last time, no way covent garden can fit us all in.

I totally got my Trafalgar Square timings wrong last time. There were about 150 people there but all quite sedate. I (alcohol may well have been involved…) hijacked a busker spot (African drummer) and sang full version of Blaydon Races, with continual scary twirling, on way to Square; not one frigging group of fans passed and didn’t get a penny for him or me! Ended up shamefacedly giving him a tenner 😂

At home, pretending not to care, probably on a laptop since chromecast is busted. Building seethe by switching between laggy streams every five minutes, before finally binning it off when they lead 2-0 after 18 mins. Then checking the score on my phone every 30 secs, consider turning it back on at 3-1, then they score a fourth and I say fuck it, play with some duplos with my 2-year old. Check score at final whistle and pick up a couple of tenners on my emotional hedging bet on Liverpool winning - not really feeling any better as the odds were so unfavourable.

All in all a great Sunday, really looking forward to it

It's on ITV in the UK, like. (Assuming you're overseas?)

For anyone planning on going to Covent Garden I was able to book 'drinking seats' (no feed required) in the Marquis of Anglesey just off CG in case all boozers are chocker.

Looks a canny pub.

These ticketed pub events in London for the match on Sunday. Anyone have any idea how difficult it would be to sneak someone in?

No clue on the likes of box park/green man, but for the marylebone sports bar, they have a street and station entrance (or always used to). Station entry side was alays lax for any door staff. But not been in a few years.

Based on how it worked last time it will be very difficult to sneak into the Green Man without a ticket.

Still there and still lax - commute in / out three times a week and not seen any security even on last year’s final.

My daughter is cheerleading all weekend and I'll be travelling to Leicester so either watch it in the car on my phone or find a pub in Leicester to watch it with my NUFC shirt on on my Billy.

I always just go in the station door in between Boots and Pret and near the honking netties, always been just around that end so I can make a quick exit for train when it gets announced.
