Might not be running on a Sunday mind.

There's 10 of us so one of the lads was on about seeing if we can organise a minibus to take us in. I'd have rather done the train but if they're off hopefully that's an option.

10am train down Sat - back on the 1pm Mon - apartment in Camden!

Took a risk and booked it all on the train going down to Arsenal - next day train price was over double what we paid!

My exact words were "if we go 2-0 up then everyone back home will book up"!

Staying in Watford Saturday and Sunday night. Apparently there's a direct train straight to Wembley Central from there. Got cracking seats for the match at the front of Block 528.

Aye get the Met line from Watford to  Wembley central, slower than actual train,be about 30 mins but return for about £7 quid so a lot cheaper.

Think Harrow on the Hill is a decent stop off en route coming in that way on tube if you don’t want to drink around Wembley.

We're heading down Friday lunchtime and coming back Monday morning, had it all booked before the second leg. Sort of dreading it .

What area is your accommodation? Would be good to catch you Friday/Saturday at some point.

Getting a lift down on Saturday, back on the Monday whenever our designated driver has fully sobered up.

Booked into the Green Man before the game. Looks like NUSC has made some more tickets available, may have held some back for after each pot?

Doing the same, suspect there'll be a stack of NUFC staying in Watford.  Looks like the Overground is running as normal and that's about half an hour to get to Wembley Central from Watford High Street, although there's a closure on the evening between Kilburn High Road and Euston which might need some planning around for anyone who wants to use the Overground to get back to Watford from Central London on the Sunday evening.

We're just staying at Russell Square, wanted to be within walking distance of KX this time.

Will be in touch on Friday and hopefully catch you around there when off train 5ish for a catch up.

I won't lie in absolutely sick at the thought of the actual match

So many scenarios going through my head.

That’s why I never really begrudge fans over celebrating the weekend. Until we get that monkey off our back if you allow it to it will turn you inside out

I'm not going this year, unlike the last one.  But genuinely not going into the game with any real trepidation TBH.

Last time I genuinely thought we could have got something.  Even though it 'was Manchester United' (Gary Neville voice), they had their run of form where they kept winning, despite playing relatively poorly.  Whereas we hit a bit of a bad patch.  All of that factored in.  I really thought we might have got something.  What's the saying?  It's the hope that kills you.

This time, I fully expect fuck all and we are massive underdogs.  So just not feeling that nervousness already and probably won't until I'm in the pub somewhere watching it.

At the same time, I feel like the  players we now have are better equipped for a cup final.  In terms of ability and the ones who were here last time having that experience of it under their belt.  So I'm not writing it off or anything.  Just setting the bar low in what I expect.

If we had draw mancherster in the semi over 2 legs we would have beat them and then gone on to win the final - i have no doubt!

Proving trickier to source a ticket on the secondary market this time around, still holding my nerve until nearer the time as think prices will drop slightly at some point, in saying that seems to be a lot less tickets our side in club Wembley etc.

Yep. Mate’s uncle who sorted them last time as some benefit sacrifice through his work bonus (works in hospitality) got them no bother, NUFC end for I think around 600 quid. Were supposed to be 1500 plus.

Not a sniff this time.
