As it seems that's why they voted the amended rules through. They could just keep amending the rules until a new legal challenge defeats them. They'll be spending millions on legal fee's already, and they're not funded by an oil state like Man City, so unless they want to hemorrhage money, they'll need to like their wounds and come up with a fair system then isn't open to legal challenges.
