And it wouldn't make sense with UEFA's rules anyway. But new rules with defined penalties and the ability to go even 10% above whatever limit would be a vast improvement. If pif related funds are e allowed to sponsor Newcastle.. it allows us to feed the whole market. We pay 100 million for player A, they can then either balance their books or spend 50 mil on a new player...
