I really hope we qualify for the CL and try to push on. Another purple, a proven PL performer, another couple top youngsters... I'm telling you we could do something special. Qualifying for the CL would be a minimum.

We really need a good summer to become competitive for the league, then there’s no reason for him to leave.

If we qualify for the CL I am almost certain we keep all our purples. Not only do they want to play in the CL, but they want to play for a team that can do well in the CL. We can go a long way in it.

Never thought he'd leave this summer even if the elite wanted him. Think he knows he owes us a season extra. Beyond that, it's just like any other elite player. We'll do our best to keep him, he probably won't kick up a fuss to leave, but if Real Madrid, etc come in offering mega bucks to us and wages, he'll have a decision.

Real Madrid are the biggest fish and any player at any club in the world would likely want to make the move if the interest was genuine.

 

That being said, I don't think they'll be after him (yet), nor do I think he would want to move (yet). We'll get at least another year or two out of him.

I think he’s absolutley a perfect fit for a Madrid club, however they have manager turnover soon and would need to do what they don’t normally do and pay a massive transfer fee.

Not in sports media, man. People make shit up all the time. It often starts with some pundit dipshit clown speculating about some player transfer to a "big club" and then it becomes accepted as gospel by the rest.

Pure guesswork on my part but he looks like quite a serious bloke. I think his very public humiliation, and he'll have seen it as such, will have been difficult to handle. 

They way he's been looked after will, definitely, mean alot to him. 

I doubt we need them but we've earned some strong Sandro smartie points.

We just can't consider selling  any of Tonali, Bruno or Isak at any price. That's our core if we want to build.
