In the positions he can play at the back we've got: Hall, Targett Botman, Schar, Burn, Lascelles and Kraft Considering we'll be bringing in another CB in the summer, keeping Kelly would be a bit daft. Supposedly we could have spent in the summer (as we could now) but that would mean we'd have to make substantial sales before 30th June, which is the same hole we got ourselves in when we had to shift Anderson and Minteh. Everything is left to the manager to be the mouthpiece of the club and thats not fair. Mitchell and others need to step up and help Eddie out. What difference to your life does it make knowing what the transfer plans are v not? Also, good job on letting our rivals know the exact situation we’re in. We get Howe representing the club on a weekly basis. I don't think we're different from any other club from my dodgy memory? Does the hierarchy at Liverpool, Arsenal or Man City comment regularly? We've had some interaction (the Stack event). I'm not critical of your view and definitely preferred the Amanda Staveley approach but feel that era was the exception rather than the rule. Would also like to see Howe come up with something that improves our control regarding this. I still think we should do better with what we have to be honest. And no, I don’t want us to be like endless tiki taka, it’s not about that. If you think we shouldn’t be and do better in this area then I don’t know what to say. As much as I like them we need to replace the likes of Burn and Joelinton to name two, no matter how well they’ve done at times. To evolve we need to get better in this area, I said it before last season and it’s one of the reasons I was against us signing Barnes.
