Yeah, he’s a bit of a maverick but still young. 12 goals 20 assists though. Maybe Howe can arm round the shoulder, cajole him.

Players who don't play at a high intensity out of possession generally don't grow this.

There are probably other alternative strikers to JD.

Yes and I agree, but I think a 21 year old can be coached effectively off the ball. I don’t think they would sign him but it’s good to see creative natural players in modern football. Players like him are effective against low blocks as they take risks.

He's announced he's leaving, but he has a year left on his deal, so no way it would be free.

He has a modest release clause. Liverpool will end up w/ Frimprong and Cherki for nothing basically.  And this is why they are the best run club in the PL.
