Tino is almost invaluable due to the lack alternatives and his flexibility.

It needs to be a stupid offer.

Exactly this.....if Tinos a player City are after we should be making every effort to keep him unless its a seriously good deal for us in terms of finance and having a suitable repleacement

Would usually say players can be sold and replaced, but Tino is like Hall. They’re young, English and in positions they clearly will have locked down for 6+ seasons minimum for us, so they’re unique in sense we need to keep at all costs.

Just don’t have a price we can sell at, because we can’t replace for what they bring both quality and nationality wise.

Additionally, Hall is probably worth a lot more to us for he next few years because he can become club-trained for squad purposes for UEFA competitions. This is massive.

It means he can fill one of the 4 bonus slots for players club-trained, of which only Sean Longstaff and Joe White can fill for us currently in List A.

I think Tino is replaceable for his attacking but there are very few fullbacks that are as good at just bossing attackers off the ball with ease. He absorbs so much attacking pressure on us.

He's irreplaceable imo - not many full backs can play either flank and play them well.  Plus he's his best years ahead of him - we should tell City to jog on.

Check out his thread. You'll cringe at what people said about him, especially before he got banned..

Just because some posters on here said bad things about him doesn’t make those things true.

If Tino was bought for ~£40m on a 5 year contract two years ago, does that effectively mean we have to write off £24m of any fee we’d get for him this window?

Yeah basically, though we'd have that 24 million extra over the next few windows.

THB, Fernandez, Buononotte(sp?),  Wissa are all great shouts.

I can't imagine the reaction on here if we signed someone from Brighton who just got relegated with Leicester

Desperate to hold on to Tino like, feel there's a lot more to come from him. I wonder if himself and mate Hall are in consideration to both play on the left side at some point,  maybe if Joe has a knock etc Hall looks very keen for a midfield role to me. Throw an in form Trippier in the mix and it's a possibility

Tino is the best defensive RB in the league I think.

He's unsellable in my eyes.

Purely defensively, Timber & Reece are both ahead.

Rate Tino highly and hope they rebuff all offers
