Tonali and Tino are the two big players who are most at risk of leaving I think.

I agree but a massive contract offer from City, CL, title tilt means we are at risk of losing him. Tonali falls into that bracket too.

He's replaceable with good scouting, our problem is that the current back up is a 34 year old who's been on the decline for a while.

Forest and Brighton are examples of good scouting and bringing quality in for relatively low cost.

He basically said we're after a couple of midfielders as there's a chance Sandro could be off in the Summer, especially if we don't get CL football again. Also said there is real interest in Tino from City and at the minute he's not looking to enter into contact negotiations.

Cheers saves me having to watch it in terms of the midfielders is it an either or scenario or both?

 

I assume if willock goes we need another body if sandro leaves we need a higher calibre player than squad option.

 

I woulf be gutted if tino left so young such a high ceiling only part really lacking is crossing. I wonder what sort of fee he would attract? Will it depend on if he goes to the world cup and how he performs i wonder.

I love Tonali, but CMs are the least I’m worrried about losing if we are getting our scouting in order. A successful side is all about a working midfield trio that know their roles and compliment each others weaknesses and strengths.

I don't buy into the tonali talk unless he is homesick.

But then the problem would be his feet blowing the Italian teams out of the water.
