I see this semi regularly who is this guy [emoji38]

The scout who discovered Ayoze Perez in the second division of Spanish football. Become a meme on here when it comes to scouting youth players.

100m net spend realistic according to Kieran Maguire. These kind of things are kind of reductive though just need our squad coat to be within the rules.

Still can't get over how bad our business was last summer from a financial POV.

€20m for a 16 year old is a lot of pennies like. It's not my money so I don't really give a shite but they must feel confident in the talent.

In general, have to fucking say am all for this South American connection though. Looks like Wilson's MO if you look at recent history.

If that's correct you have to imagine it will end up in excess of 100m, unless we somehow keep every flighty cunt going. [emoji38]

We will be selling at least one of our stars this summer, that I've got no doubt. Probably Tino.

Looks like all the big clubs are in for him and the price will likely be €40 + million.

I think everyone is looking for the new Endrick.

I agree I like the idea of getting in some talent from South America but hopefully not at inflated prices

£100m net could still be a decent wedge if Tino and Sandro are on the outs tbf

Yeah I mean id take these figures with a pinch of salt as they make little sense in a vacuum with SCR.

Tino and Tonali are dead certs to go imo.

I could see a world where it's Gordon and tino instead depending on Gordons world cup.

The price we would likely want for tonali would limit the suitors and I hope hes less of a cunt to accept if he goes it's to everyone's benefit and if he stays he gets in the leadership group and gives us another year at least.

Have these "football finance experts" ever been right?

I actually don't think so, but in fairness they don't have access to all the data so despite how much they claim to know a large element of guesswork exists.

I watched Bournemouth a couple of weeks ago and Rayan looked a talent,

We’ve been heavily linked with Allan Ellias - he’s very similar to Rayan

If Wilson can get us a couple of Murillo style signings from Brazil and then we get some more established onces from

England/Europe that would be great. Think we need a few cheap gambles to bulk up the squad and bring the average age down

Actually looking forward to how the whole situation forces them to operate in the market going forward. Wouldn't be at all surprised if it leads to the club doing much better business. Could be the catalyst that was needed.

Fair play, and it certainly will be interesting.
