Wouldn't be at all surprised if it leads to the club doing much better business. Could be the catalyst that was needed. Agreed the balance of holding on to players too long/past their peak adds to the shortfall in player buying power as they go for nothing or peanuts. While we know we don't want to cycle out our first 11 constantly and want to keep a core squad more player trading is needed to help with the short fall in spending power. AyeDubbleYoo
I’m just looking forward to having competent (I hope) staff in the relevant exec roles and time for some sort of planning to have taken place.

Shays Given Tim Flowers
Would be all over us doing a 2010's Shakhtar and signing Brazilian flair players for a mecurial side.

Pretty sure Kieran Maguire, who seems to be the media go to for anything relating to football finance, has said previously that we could spend £500m in one transfer window and be fine PSR-wise, so I'd take anything he says regarding transfer budgets with a pinch of salt

Great balance at speed, hip swerve to demoralise Shakin Stevens (one for the young uns…), two great feet, absolutely love that kind of deception when dribbling: feign stopping then drop a gear and go, novel step overs (makes R7 look like a puppet). Can finish. What’s not to like? 🤤

Kid Icarus
We're always linked with him like. Are we signing that Brazilian Eduardo kid as well? Sometimes you watch these highlights and talk yourself into thinking they have potential, those highlights are ridiculous though, he looks fucking incredible. Nearest thing I've seen to HBA in terms of dribbling. Edited April 2 by Kid Icarus

Infinitely Content
Ramos is what many hoped/hope or expected Woltemade to be imo, a technical player capable of dropping into space and connecting play, whilst also being able to press from the front and have a bit of tenacity about his game despite not being the quickest or the strongest. I like him, and he's one of those I could really see in a Newcastle shirt, but I would prefer that Samu lad from the list of strikers likely attainable to us. Stylistically an easier fit. Both come with risks samu still out with an ACL and done well but in a shite league. Ramos only turns 25 in June and has done it in the champions league and French league. Depends on the fees we talking about and if they a wissa/osula/big nick swap out or hopefully upgrade. Edited April 2 by nufcjmc
