200 million would be 160m pure profit? Could upgrade the team a lot with that given how it's spread not that I would want to lose him but that's 3 or 4 big upgrades to the team in a few areas tbf.

Could get Sesko, Jonathan David, Tomori and Nico Willams/MGW for 160m and likely have money to spare.

Well yeah we would as that would be about 50 mil this year for PSR? And few younger players to sell/improve in future

Do we not double / triple the incoming figure because of outgoing instalments?

Or was that just wishful thinking in the last window?

Presumably the players get a say so I'd be shocked if we landed 2/5 of those given other interest, wages and in seskos case absolutely no desire to leave this year

Yeah, transfermarkt puts his value at €150k so it’s hard to believe he’s a wonderkid but that’s no indication that he won’t be a quality player

That's probably bring generous at 2 😆

Either way, the amount of talent that would be purchase would be a gamechanger like it was for Liverpool and to a lesser extent Villa and spuds.

19.. he won’t see first team any time soon but he may well establish a good partnership with Alex Murphy if they’re good enough to come through together.

The Schar regen line has something to it @Jack27 he looks very comfortable driving forward with the ball

Not seen quality coming through Serbia like him since Vidic according to Matic.

We have been linked with defenders a lot more than with any other position so far. Other than Olise, have we been linked with any RW?

Nemanja Matić praises Jedinstvo's Miodrag Pivaš, calling him a talent with potential not seen since Vidić and Ivanović, highlighting his complete gameplay and professionalism.

A potential unparalleled since the days of Nemanja Vidić and Branislav Ivanović! These are the words Nemanja Matić, the celebrated Serbian star currently playing for Lyon and simultaneously the head of Jedinstvo from Ub, used to describe the fresh-faced Miodrag Pivaš.

Pivaš is an 18-year-old center-back and defensive midfielder for Jedinstvo, who has caught the eye this spring. Matić spoke highly of the young player on the club's website.

"A huge talent and serious potential. If he continues this way, he's on the path to the national team. In my opinion, we haven't seen a player with such predispositions since Nemanja Vidić and Bane Ivanović. A complete player and a top professional," said Matić.

The young footballer burst onto the scene this spring when Ivan Radovanović, a long-time Serie A international, took over as coach. Someone with so much time spent in Italy can recognize talent among defenders.

Marko Rajović, assistant coach at Jedinstvo, also spoke highly of Pivaš. "It's truly refreshing to see such a young player approach his duties so seriously and professionally. He's always eager and gives his all to meet the demands expected of him on the field. There's still a lot of room for improvement, and I have no doubt he'll reach his full potential."

Pivaš played 90 minutes in every match of the spring half-season. "Honestly, I hoped to play more this half-season, but I didn't expect to secure a spot in the starting eleven so quickly, especially at only 18 years old. I'm glad to be at a club that cares about young players and gives a chance to everyone who works hard and proves themselves every day," said Miodrag Pivaš, the new hope of Serbian football, hailing from Jedinstvo's fields in Ub.
