Not seen him play (that I can recall ?)

You rate him? Would like to know more about him.

Yeah he was good before his injury, remember him contributing quite a few assists.

Can play both left and right back if I remember correctly. Certainly seems more developed than Ashby

Would imagine Manquillo leaves and don’t think Krafth is good enough tbh

Definitely one of them going if not both depending how HA is doing.

Can’t recall who but someone was raving about him on the radio just the other day. Obviously pre injury form.

Was it a bad one?

Thanks ??

Bit of a risk. Certainly needs to be reflected in the price. Not as if we are desperate despite quality drop off from Trippier.

I'm sure we were meant to be sitting back and chilling.

Im still chuckling at the useless whopper for saying it. 2 small transfer windows a season and he thinks that’s the time to sit back and reflect. [emoji38] He’s absolutely clueless.

Would Southampton fancy Ashby for a season?

I can see your thinking but didn’t HA join us to be closer North? ?

Maybe offer them Manq/Kraft ??‍♂️

Find it a peculiar signing really. We currently have Trippier, Krafth, Ashby and Manquillo all currently on the books who can play RB so surely this means at least a couple will be on their bike. Maybe Ashby gets a loan.

We only have 1 (albeit brilliant) CL level Rb. Ashby’s older and has a fraction of the top-flight game time that Livramento has. Trippier to Krafth, Ashby or Manquillo is biggest drop quality-wise we have in the squad.

Really rate Livramento too; makes a lot of sense, this one.

Be nice to finally get a Southampton player in. Some huge fans on here

He hasn't played left back before has he? Plenty on the old twitter claiming he could be first choice left back ?

If we are willing to spend 12m on a back up right back then then that must be good news for our budget and ffp wiggle room?

We still need a new starting left back and attacking midfielder which will be 80m or so for the pair so surely we wouldn’t be signing back up players if things were that tight
