The amount of games weve got at the moment man, I feel knackered just having to keep up and watch. Let alone how the players feel

This for me! It's fucking great! The players must be loving it though. It just shows that when you're a team in lots of competitions and you can progress in them, the whole squad really do get game time.

In the space of two weeks when we were down in the dumps:

3 wins

4 clean sheets

Beat the best side in the world

Draw at the San Siro in the CL

Smashed our away scoring record

Have a number of our better players bang in form

Both strikers scoring goals

Not been a bad little turn around. [emoji38]

We’re black and whites by name and nature! One extreme to another seems to be the norm. I wonder if it’ll get boring if we’re, relatively speaking,  ever great all of the time? Hope we get a chance to find out.

Man City are the best club side in the world. They didn't play their strongest 11... neither did we.

It's a good point. We played a fully rotated backline including a player who hadn't played in a year and pulled off a clean sheet against a very good City backup squad who are better than some EPL teams starters.

I think of all the newly promoted teams, Burnley are perhaps the one who I would expect to come to us play a bit more openly. They definitely went for it against Man U and Spurs.

They'd have the worse defensive record so far had we not just scored 8 against Sheff Utd.

Don't feel any worry about this.

Kompany is too arrogant to change his tactics. His players aren't good enough to play through us AND keep us out.

They might score but if they do, we will score more.

4-1

They played some good stuff against Man Utd but never looked like scoring. The young winger they have got looks dangerous, other than that we should have far too much for them.

3-0 to us - Botman, Wilson and Gordon

I want to see Livramento again, save Tripper for PSG :)

Don't see that happening. Tino has just played his first 90mins in over a year. He'll be back on the bench.

I can imagine Tripps being back in for these next 2 and then MAYBE we'll see Livramento in for the West Ham game.

Dont think it will happen either. But a man can hope :)

I think we'd be better with Tino against PSG so we have recovery pace. Especially if Mbappe starts.

If the Milan game proved anything it's how important Trippier is going to be in our UCL games. He should be starting every single one of them if he is fit and able to.

It doesn't matter if he's against Mbappe or not, he kept a clean sheet against Leao and Hernandez, two of the quickest players in Europe.
