Given I haven't seen anyone mention it on there I can only assume you would be downvoted into oblivion, or your reply would be deleted

I honestly don't think I've seen anything like this before, it must take Cold War era Soviet levels of dedication to ignore the elephant in the room this hard.

The level of hysteria is well above and beyond probably anything I've ever seen in relation to the reality of what they're complaining about like. It's above what we had from Liverpool after the Spurs match and they had a legitimate grievance over an objectively wrong decision that VAR then fucked up. This lot are going on like what happened in our match wasn't just not subjective, but was as objective as in that Liverpool match, they're off their tits.

Arsenal fans coming up with all these conspiracies is peak comedy. I wonder if they're self aware enough to understand how ridiculous they sound? Evidently not.

They're also missing the blatant issue of their side having only 1 shot on target the whole game, it's almost as if when you don't hit the target, you don't score.

But the mysterons told us we would win...Capt Black guaranteed it.

Balls to them ....s***happens in football, sometimes you gain from it sometimes you lose. There is totally a conspiracy favouring the big teams, just no-one seems to like/appreciate that we are now involved

We were actually remarkably calm after the challenge, the ref completely lost it.

I watched the whole thing back last night, Gordon is calmly talking to the ref, gets booked and runs towards the dugout in disbelief, saying "he's booked me?!"

A minute later Longstaff is booked for having the temerity to give his side of the story to the referee. Schar then walks over making a "howay man" gesture, and as he already has his yellow in hand after dealing with Longstaff, the ref petulantly raises it to Schar.

You will be hard pressed to find 3 minutes or so of consecutively poor decisions from a referee and his team; they must have done it all as a ruse.

Football is going to a dark place with clubs and managers feeding in to it. A ref will end up getting done in before long.

FWIW this is great isn't it?

Usually a game passes and there's the boring wait until next Saturday. It's Monday now and I'm still consuming fume porn, and we have Dortmund tomorrow

"fume porn"

Hans's post above has only just made me remember in amongst all that bullshit Longstaff of all people got booked. The guy that got fouled apparently can't even discuss with the referee anymore? Such a joke.

Hilarious watching Arsenal try and become VAR friends with Liverpool. Liverpool were embarrassing but at least there was a clear error they could point to, rather than a few 50/50 desperation calls and Bruno going radge which only happened because their own little cunt should've been off.

We had three players booked over that tackle, where they were just asking questions, yet not one Arsenal player was booked when they surrounded the ref for 4 minutes during the VAR decisions for the goal.

I’m still astounded that there’s a high percentage of pundits/football people who point at how bad a game the opposing team have had when we beat them.
The penny still not dropping despite a top 4 finish, a cup final and champions league football.

Proper team of mental midgets Arsenal, it starts from the manager and flows into the players like a sewage runoff. I think they will look like a broken team from here on, we scored a devastating victory. Very satisfying.

Diaz hands all over the Luton defender to climb above him....no other way to jump and happens every single game. JLs looks worse as Gabriel was already bending/on the way down so hands were on his back. Its just not THAT contentious a decision...

Arteta really did make himself look so silly and out of control post-game. So arrogant and petulant. It must have been to cover for his teams display, they had one shot on target and beyond Declan Rice, showed their soft underbelly. Jorginho is great if you let him play and have his own way, but he epitomises them, get into him just a bit and he really doesn't want to know, the whole over reaction to the defeat because we dared to push them and go at them, if only we go back to being everyones doormat and let these big sides have their way.

On Arteta, I get being ruthless when it comes to decision making and player selection, but the whole Goalkeeping situation makes little sense. Raya is supposedly better with his feet, but in every other aspect of his goalkeeping, he seems way off, even for our goal, he comes out flapping like superman, very odd choice.

Was a relatively even, but feisty game, no great chances, they seemed to have a slightly better control of things until Havertz slid in recklessly, and then.... When the stadium and players feel wronged and a sense of injustice, under the lights, there's an incredible energy and noise that takes over and carries everyone forward, from the moment on, we were never losing this, Arteta and his players mentality crumbled and it's glorious to see. Actually never minded Arsenal, purely because I used to enjoy Alan Davies and his Tuesday Club podcast, weird logic I know! but they are such an awful bunch, their manager especially, awful lego headed Pep wannabe.

Totally football podcast:

‘Does anybody want to say anything nice about Newcastle?’

’No’

Also, Carl Anka compares us to using public transport, like he would fucking know about that.

Intellect and wit I can only dream of. I've stopped listening to TFS cos I just know I'm not clever enough. :(
