Newcastle United vs. Manchester United: 2/12/23 @ 20:00 (TNT Sports)

Recommended Posts

They will struggle against Isak, Gordon and Almiron but worry we could have done with Willock or Longstaff today or at least options to mix it up.

Down to bare bones so can't be harsh on them as they will be knackered.

Not exactly a hardship is it, although it's obviously a bit of a disruption to there plans.

Every match seems massive now with something resting on the result. Today keeps us well in contention for top 4 or 5.

Given othe teams games with Villa and Spurs playing city next, Villa have Arsenal and we have spurs next weekend this week feels a huge opportunity to be in top 4 by next Sunday. 6 points would be good out of Man U, Everton and Spurs

Evans and Martinez both injured so I'm wouldn't be surprised. Seems like Varane has fallen out of favour maybe?

Ten Hag hates him as he claims to know what real football is when he’s never even played away at Go Ahead Eagles.

Something he is really good at. Gordon wont have much joy down that side.

Unlikely if he tries to go past AWB 1 on 1. He can stretch him though. AWB's positioning is suspect at times which is what leads to him making these amazing tackles everyone praises him for.

No Højlund, Martial starts.

I think they could start with both of them and 12 men on the pitch and neither would score anyway.

Much of a muchness those two.

Cant remember Bissaka losing a 1 vs 1 battle. But Livramento instead of Burn will help Gordon not doing everything by himself.

Friendly reminder Martial had a better goals and assists per 90 ratio than Isak last season.
