Haven’t seen anyone suggest Gordon dived like.  He’s not getting that ball ahead of Casemiro.

Maybe because the other fecker stood on his heel.

Really wish we'd stop pinging long balls forward so much. That's what the likes of Evans want ffs.

Got to go for this. Joelinton and Barnes on.

Unless it's Schar it never works. Pinging the ball to Isak's head is so small time

Bruno's done nothing again

Bruno is the only midfielder actually capable of doing anything. The two other cunts have been so invisible and wasteful. He is trying too hard cause he has fucking shit for brains as teammates there.

[emoji38] football isn’t that linear, styles make matches

Yep and we are better than them, let’s see if your team comes through second half

It’s so frustrating because everyone can see it the usual suspects letting us down again. Assuming Joelinton isn’t fit enough to start, but Murphy shouldn’t be on the pitch above Barnes.

Barnes were pretty shit when he came on last tbf.

We should have had like 3 chances alone with the goalie if our midfielders knew how to pass a ball 5 yards, just knew at that point Manu were gonna get a shit goal. They are terrible but we aren't much better. And their frontline is capable of creating, especially with Fernandes. Won't enjoy having Rashford and Hojlund running at us for the last 20 counter attacking either. I would like Schar on if he can play as soon as possible, and Joelinton/Almiron just for the press.

Classic pl ref though. How has Anderson gotten a yellow again for a nothing challenge as the opposition is scything Bruno down at every opportunity from behind?

Dont get me started on the pen.

I thought we were excellent in the first ten minutes; massively up for it, forcing them into errors, moving the ball with speed and purpose. It simmered down but not to the extent where we became second best. Goal is an absolute gift. Staggering from Trippier but sadly not really a surprise at this point.

Feels like a game that Joelinton would dominate in the middle of the park, hoping he's brought on early

Need him on to bulldoze and assert himself against Amrabat so he crawls back into the shell he's been playing from within since he arrived at Man Utd.

Thing that frustrates me about Howe is he has his "go to good guys" like Murphy, Longstaff, Ritchie and to an extent Almiron who work hard but are really poor players with the ball, they always seem to be around the starting XI or in the squad but really shouldn't be near a top 10 PL team never mind one looking to push for top 6.

Ritchie is not anywhere near the starting XI. Think you're being harsh on the others, but the reason they're around the squad is because of FFP. We can't just go out and replace everyone overnight and we're at the FFP limit
