If we go big on a RW signing, is Osula the man for 2nd fiddle to Isak? 

 

By 2nd fiddle i mean actually start the odd prem game and cup games to give Isak some form of rest.

 

Wilson 3rd choice on incentivized contract wouldn't be a bad thing in this case imo?

 

He'd basically never play in ideal world and be cheaper than DCL in wages.

Pretty sure we bought him as an actual striker so he would be Isak's understudy would be my guess. I wonder if that would be affected if we are successful in our bid for Pedro?

Another good point and one i hadn't considered.

 

If we sign Pedro and Elanga i could see it happening.

 

If we only sign Pedro, him and Osula are pretty fluid in terms of playing anywhere across the front line

Not currently but I’m intrigued as to where his ceiling is. For me, he looked lively when called upon. Maybe a loan out next season for more minutes?

I would. Unless he's really shit at finishing in training and the coaching team think it's not going to get any better.

Think it was after his cup goal that Howe said he was a very good finisher.  He hasn’t been loaned out, he’s not playing for the u23’s and has been a fixture around the senior squad makes me think he’s valued by the coaching staff

Same - he's clearly not going to be the next Isak without a dramatic upturn but he has the potential to be a good Premier League player, no doubt. I haven't seen that many young payers come through that look as explosive (albeit very raw) as he has done in some of his cameos.
