Rather play Chelsea now at home than in a two legged semi or at Wembley Totally agree. Great draw, great timing. And revenge for last season. Anyone at home really. Anyone that isn't City, Arsenal, or Liverpool even better. Edited Wednesday at 21:35 by timeEd32
Yorkie Posted Wednesday at 21:42 Share Posted Wednesday at 21:42 Any home draw feels like a win at this point but hardly like our luck has changed with that tie.
timeEd32 Posted Wednesday at 21:44 Share Posted Wednesday at 21:44 Here's a fun quirk -- we're at Stamford Bridge the weekend before the R4 ties. We play Arsenal at home the following weekend, so a tough week. But here's what Chelsea's fixture list will looks like if we beat Wimbledon... Over a 13 day span: Liverpool (a), Panathinaikos (a), Newcastle (h), Newcastle (a) and Man United (a).

The PSL's can cost anywhere from 8k to 50k. How can they even explain this with a straight face? there are people in the platinum club who have debentures where they have the right to their seat for 99 years I think . this was preceded by the bond scheme where for £500 you had the right to a seat (people bought thinking this meant “their” seat although that was challenged and overused in court). I mean, fuck Chelsea obviously, but we can’t keep doing this to players.

The Butcher Posted yesterday at 08:11 Share Posted yesterday at 08:11 A 25 man squad + bairns is more than enough. It's the managers job to use that squad.

I'd rather have played a shit team personally. I'm not confident of winning it either, they are one of the cartel clubs who could put out two teams worth more than ours. Beat them in the League Cup down there 4-3 as well - sure Shola got two and Ranger scored!
Nine Posted yesterday at 14:23 Share Posted yesterday at 14:23 It was a Kluivert header, an absolute pinger from a corner early in the game iirc.

AyeDubbleYoo Posted yesterday at 15:27 Share Posted yesterday at 15:27 Yeah, couldn't find many pairs of seats even yesterday at 3pm. Not sure how many were kept for general sale but seems very similar to a league game.
