Newcastle United 0-1 Brighton and Hove Albion - 19/10/25

Leave the striker signing on the bench. Leave Isak on the pitch when he looks like he’s playing in rigger boots. Bring on Almiron when we need a goal.

Questionable subs.

He's been poor all season, lost his confidence in front of goal for some reason. In a team that doesn't have many goal threats it's a major concern.

Gordon poor, Isak struggling/not fit and Wilson not featuring, logical we’ve scored just 8 goals so far.

I had us about 8th. If it's bottom half though, Howe is in trouble.

I think 8th is about par. But there’s a lot of head wind this season.

That positive armosphere we had around the club for about 2 years has absolutely gone.  It gave everyone a huge lift.

This season feels a a bit SBR 5th season.

Our ineptness against low blocks is something Eddie needs to get a grip on line, it's been an issue for a long time.

We don’t have that type of player, we’ve got powerful runners but no technical players except Isak, Bruno and Sandro.

This'll be the first time in ages we've not scored at home won't it?

Thought this.

didn’t they add 30 seconds on per sub too? Or am I mistaking this.  If it is. Osula is the 10th sub in the second half.

Wellbeck was on the floor for at least 9 minutes and we get 9 minutes injury time.  So it would have been zero without his injury then??

Sounds about right!
