Fuck knows what this lot are doing on the training field but they’re not bringing it onto the pitch on match day. They look like they’ve never fucking seen each other before.
I don’t know which of the 10 glaring issues we need to priorise sorting out first.

Easy for our first 11 to look great in training when they play against our bench and academy teams.

We’ve played the same formation and tactics for 3 years. Teams have completely figured us out and we’re trying nothing different. Thats all on the manager and coaching team.

You’re not allowed to say this, as Howe wasn’t allowed to spunk £130 on Elanga and Gheui in the summer which would’ve solved all of our problems and seen us play a different way.

It’s hard for me to care about formation and tactics when our players can’t control or pass the ball. So incredibly sloppy.

Why?

Managers should within reason appoint their own coaching staff (or keeping on staff already there), relationships, trust, experience etc. If that needs explaining I'm not sure what to tell you.
