Still only 1-0, still in it.

Feels like the baseball, this. 1 goal feels insurmountable. We don't appear to have a plan.

Exactly my thoughts. I said out loud to myself at least 3-4 times so far "why is their defense so high against this team"

Another thing I asked myself is why didn't you snap up Neto early in the window. Fantastic player

midfield is neither here nor there really. Looks like the idea is to get tight to their double pivot but… we’re not and we’re just leaving a massive gap in front of the CBs instead . Awful stuff.

If I didn’t know any better, I’d be convinced some of these have downed tools.

Looks like it, Isaks body language is rancid again. Looks disgusting with what he's playing with.

After a year of the same performances, it’s definitely on the manager.

We've conceded the same goal so many times this calendar year.

There just isn't a coherent plan when we lose it in the opposition half with men committed forward. It's a glaring flaw that no attempt has been made to fix and it's very frustrating.

His teams normally score goals though.  We look shite at the back without offering much going forward

At the level we want to be at, you need to be able to see tight games out with clean sheets.

Because we wanted Guehi and only Guehi apparently.

Our midfield 3 just doesn’t work.

I'm shocked that against teams with a dangerous number 10 like Palmer, we don't consider having Tonali sit deep instead.

Far more mobile and adept to dealing with that defensively.

Oh well.

We’re playing with ten men with isak - Howe needs to rest something completely different as this just is never going to work
