Not in any great detail, no. Well, it's the most effective tactic against us this season, so stands to reason we'd have a tough time here.

Fair. This is his style.  Tight at the back. Lethal on the counter. Remember that Wolves side with Raul Jimenez and Jota killing teams on the counter?

I will say we've played decent up until the final pass. There's been a couple of decent deliveries but Isak has been marked well, and no one else is getting in there.

Be interesting to see if we start the second half with Joelinton staying on the right, where he ended the first, and Gordon on the left.

Might be worth seeing if that gives us something extra.

Bruno’s made the fewest passes of all our outfield players (14 vs 25 for Longstaff). I think there’s an argument to swap him and Longstaff if they’re going to mark the DM out of the game.

I thought the elbow was a yellow.  Seeing it at half time it’s very close to a red.  Looks at him. elbow up. Into face.  And we don’t even get a free kick.  Shambolic.

Burn gets booked as well from the resulting counter attack to rub salt in the wound.

How did VAR clear that foul on Tino, it was a fucking left hook ffs

They are looking at them 5 mins after they've happened and by then it's been forgotten about.

Poor decisions from the ref has been part of the game forever, but now we have ample technology to make things right, and yet we still can't do it properly. So fucking frustrating when it clearly impacts the game and worst case, that little runt Yates could end up seriously hurting someone and he shouldn't even be on the pitch.

Someone needs to snap Yates, like.

I would take a loss and someone getting a red to see him injured.

I wouldn't have a problem with him, if the referee did his job properly.

Based on what though? We haven’t opened up a side all season.

We look far more capable since we moved Joelinton out wide and brought Willock in.

We are playing infinitely better than we were earlier in the season.

There's no comparison at all, and so I wouldn't even compare what we're doing now to back then.

Massively infuriating that we look so good at home, then play differently away and look mediocre at best.

Why don't we just play the same way away too? We used to, and it worked. Why now is it low block all have which looks toothless and just invites pressure?

What?

We can open them up, just never have anyone getting in to apply the final touch. Isak is the only one they have to mark.

and Bruno is too slow to defend against them on transition. Made for Tonali to play there tbh.

Isak himself has been poor and cost the goal.  Sometimes his movement in the box is bad.

Absolutely. If we are being honest Bruno's been way below that level we saw at the start for a long time.
