Newcastle United vs. Liverpool: 04/12/24 @ 19:30 (Amazon Prime Video)

Recommended Posts

Loads of our players seem to be playing as shit as i can remember,

so expect an obvious defeat.

Probably the usual anticlimax, we'll take the lead, then lose in dramatic fashion, var or some pointless handball leading to a pen.

Never optimistic when we play these,

Think I might just stay in the office till 10pm rather than go home and suffer this game. Can live with 0-2. But there's a good chance Liverpool put 3 or 4 past us with no return.

:okay:

 Something a bit nostalgic about being hours away from a complete fucking hammering.

If we try and play a high back line against these lot we will get hammered.

As well as they have been playing, both big dan and hall are pretty slow and can only see Salah galloping through them like a hot knife through butter...

I still hope we pull a worldy agains them and repay them for the past few agonising defeats!!

At the risk of sounding like a Bruce/Dyche, so many players need to massively step up tonight, show some bollocks and desire. We can beat these, we can beat anyone at home.

I'll lowkey be frustrated if we get a result tonight.

Have you been in a coma and think it’s still the Ashley era?

I have good news.

I don't want us to lose like back then but it's proper smalltime only being up for the big games at home.

Always feels like one of the bigger games of the season, wherever we are in relation to them. I didn't get tickets for this,  unfortunately, but I'm looking forward to it. What's the point of dreading it so much ? Let's see how the game starts before the negativety kicks in (if at all). HWTL
