The only thing that comes close (inc under Keegan), was Sir Bobby's side winning at Arsenal (1-3) and then Leeds a few days after (3-4) This last week has been on another level.

We beat Sheff Utd away 8-0,  Man city at home 1-0 in the league cup, Burnley 2-0 at home then PSG 4-1 in the Champions league over 10 days, that was also very canny.

Be a right tetchy 2nd leg, can see players missing would be finals because of it.

I’m assuming if Joelinton, Tino or Gordon get booked again they’re suspended if we make it? If so, that’s a joke and the rule needs changing.

Jamie Redknapp was just saying how good our options on the bench were and that Arsenal just don’t have that at the moment.

Yeah. Thos youth players Jesus, Jorginho and Zinchenko are all shit and Longstaff, Almiron and Kelly are much better……

And that horrific left back Calafiori!

🤣🤣🙈🙈

We have 5 fixtures before the replay, predominantly straight forward fixtures.

They have 7 including Villa, Man U, Spurs, 2 in the CL and Man City 3 days before ours.

Is there a chance fixture fatigue for them may be overwhelming and they effectively rest better players for the return leg in order to prioritise other competitions?

is this confirmed? Seems so dumb just like the rules in the previous rounds. Why would football "authorities" not want the best players to be available in finals.

Our run at the start of 94/95 was special like. We went over 2 months unbeaten, winning 15 out of 17 and those 2 draws being against eventual champions Blackburn and Liverpool. That will take some beating.

Wins included Chelsea, Arsenal, Villa, Man United, Athletico Bilbao, and the Royal Antwerp, Southampton. Leicester, West Ham and Coventry thrashings.

Was thinking more of a run of away games (wins)

Just read to miss the final you would need to be sent off in the game before the final in the PL a la pope 2 years ago. Yellows don’t add up

I might be wrong. But I thought they are wiped. So you can miss the first leg from the last rounds because of yellows. But no bans now. You would have thought the commentators would have mentioned it when cards were dished out, otherwise. They usually do.

This is right. Only a red constitutes a ban.

I think Arsenal are now the club I hate the most in the league.

They way they go on, every player the manager, the set piece nonce that thinks it's OK to walk 30 outside of the technical area to give free kick instructions. Such a shitbag of club
