Granted, that was a very, very good goal, but his overall performance that day was pretty poor, given the opposition.

Given time his overall performance will either:

a/ improve

b/ confirm a few things

I’d like the lad given more game time. He looks better playing as a RW forward. He plays like his brain ticks, erratically. I know Eddie likes to bed players in but Wilson is toast atm. Osula was Eddie/Mad dogs choice at £10mill plus up to £5mill addons. That’s an expensive bench warmer in our PSR world.

Time will tell. Hope the kid comes good!

Bill Shankley used to tell Keegan to "go out and drop hand grenades all over the place". That’s probably where Osula is, not trusted enough yet to start matches but can be a massive handful off the bench for defenders who don’t know his game.

Wonder what odds Barnes would be to score against his old team!

365 keep offering him a big odds to score from outside the box.

Was 22/1 last night. Probably be a bit shorter here given how shite Leicester are.

He’s not really being given this time yet though. He needs more time off the bench. We need to unleash his energy and erraticness. It’ll  fuck defenders up [emoji38]

Score early and this surely has the potential to get canny toxic for them.

@HaydnNUFC how do your Leicester mates feel? Anger or apathy?

Mainly apathy at this point. One of them who was up here in December isn’t bothering with the commute for Monday night. Another didn’t even watch them last night. They dislike Ruud, all of the players aside from Vardy who is past it anyway, hate Top & Rudkin and they’re 12 points from safety with horrid fixtures coming up. All the while their closest rivals in the PL, Forest, are looking likely to finish top 4 and are in a FA Cup semi final.

They say the ground will be half empty on Monday. Tickets are on general sale and there’s swathes of empty seats in the stands behind the goals and corners. They’re saying they’re only going as I’m down for the weekend.

That club is just a toxic mess atm. The way it’s been run over the last 3 years has been shambolic. Which is astounding when you think how much we’d envy them between 2015-2020.

Haven't been watching them do they try and play and just do it badly or is this going to be another frustrating low block game?

It doesn't really matter what they do in games, the players they have just aren't good enough at this level. Their defence is all over the place, have a piss weak midfield and their best attacker is either a 38 year old Vardy or an on loan player in Buonanotte who Van Nistelrooy doesn't start.

I reckon it'll be a Buona notte for Eddie Howes Mighty Mags.

Think it's fair to say they're not very confident. [emoji38]

You know what, reading through that is just sad, no one should feel that way about their football team, the rest of the week with life, work and all the other crap and this is supposed to be their escape.

We've been there far too much with the likes of Ashley and apathy towards your own team is not a place I'd wish for anyone to go, it's soul destroying.

Having said that, I hope we get a hat full.

They have been the worst team I have seen play all season when we played them at home and when I have seen them on TV.

Southampton although they have a lower points total, have at least had a go in games.

We beat them 4-0, and honestly we didn’t even get out of 1st gear, and it could have been more.

If we play like we can, we’ll absolutely hammer them.
