Feel like these have had our number for a while.

We've won 5 of the last 6 against them [emoji38]

We're being totally outclassed and so many obvious old issues are rearing their heads.

The opposition have wound up Bruno and he's playing into it. Just not focused on the game and more getting one over whoever he is directly up against.

Isak is just awful in possession and offers next to nothing in the middle third of the pitch. Playing drunk?

The Schar and Burn partnership is far too slow to play against a team who counter attack with serious pace.

Murphy has been put back in his box by a defender who has pressed him. Murphy can never hack players with physicality who get in his face.

We've taken Barnes off the left wing again to give the space to Gordon, thus nulifying our best attacking outlet of the past few weeks.

To be fair, the Ref didnt help, he bought every dive.

Suppose that run had to end eventually.

A little frustrating we didn't change it at 1-1 cos you could feel their goal coming.

Hard to be annoyed though, we've had a cracking run

won't stop about six annoying posters on here though.

My god.

Beyond awful today but can't take anything away from these horrible bastards.  Pains me to say it but all credit to them, they've not allowed us to play and ruined us.

Well deserved. Fair play to Villa, they've been much better than Newcastle today. Manner of the defeat probably worse than the defeat itself.

Very naive and indisciplined performance from quite a few of the older and wiser heads, but not that big a deal if they screw their heads on straight for the next game.

FFS, what an atrocious performance just when we didn't need one.

Similar to Bournemouth at home. Lack of depth after a midweek game has resulted in a sloppy, tired and shite performance. Been a hard watch.

Been like that other game we got battered of these the other year. Midfield outfought and outmuscled and defence absolutely woeful.

We are giving them the transitional game they want without offering anything in transition ourselves.

Laughable really. When we are bad boy we are bad.

Howay man, we've won 4 of the last 5 against them. They're a good side and this can happen unfortunately.
