Have we ever beaten a team 4 times in one season?

Think we might have done it to Southampton in 2022/23 the last time we played Carabao Cup semi finals.

H - 3-1 win

A - 4-1 win

LCH - 2-1 win

LCA - 1-0 win

Arteta used to appear a few times on Revista de La Liga back in the day, aye? Sure he seemed like a decent bloke then. Absolutely despise him now - insufferably arrogant, his preening about the technical area and gesticulating is awful.

Just makes me love Howe and his level of self-control even more.

They have a lot of players out, there is absolutely no reason we can't batter them. Need Isak to turn up, been off the boil lately.

Isak is normally the one who takes them apart, and that's my only doubt about this game. Is he fit enough to turn their defenders inside out like he usually does?

Otherwise the three at the back formation should be good to get a point from this at least.

Rice being out would be excellent. I guess Merino would've replaced him again but he's out as well so hopefully they've got Zinchenko or some youth player in there instead.  Would make up for us missing Big Joe.

Can't agree with that like, we're close but by no means there yet.

My point was we can get beat in this one and we will still be in the top 5 going into the last game regardless.

I can't believe what I was hearing after the PSG game.  When he said Arsenal have been the best team in the CL.  I was only half listening the first time and thought to myself 'fair play, he's praising PSG there.'

But it's always damning with faint praise, the same as the games against us.  Half congratulates the opposition.  Then goes on to make a load of excuses, moan about the ref, tactics, time wasting, the ball and whatever the fuck else.

He's a shitcunt of the highest order.

And also a point is probably 'pointless' so can go for the win

A point is good for morale.

But agree this is a free hit. We need to win 1 - but don’t need to win this 1.

Beating Arsenal would be amazing though.
