I'm still pleasantly drunk the night before the match over here, no worries at all.

Gonna make some chocolate chip pancakes for the kiddos 7amish tomorrow and then start shitting my pants right around 8am in time for kickoff.

Im still pissed off I can't legally watch this game

Is home match streams at shearers still a thing?

Possibly the only legal way to watch it outside of having a ticket.

Just treated myself to a second Fire Stick for the big screen. If the PL want to be fucks about showing our game, people will circumnavigate.

We constantly hear how the pub industry is struggling, if the match was on telly most pubs on Tyneside with Sky / TNT would be rammo all day today

It’d be an absolute windfall for them

But nar, some archaic attitude to showing live football on telly prevails and there’ll be tumbleweed blowing through the boozers cos everyone’s sat at home with a Firestick and some cans

Just thrown some sosig’s in the air fryer. Musics on, coffee in being ground and in trying to keep the nerves at bay. First can will be being cracked open around 10.30am/11ish though. Today is massive.

It’s been a really good season - today could make it a great one. Into these cunts today lads!

The local B+M had bottles of Quilmes on offer yesterday so have a few of those in. Usually though it’s Red Stripe.

If ever I have a Quilmes I get instant flashbacks to when I was in Buenos Aires railing bugger dust for breakfast

I’m off to B&M as soon as it opens

This is it. They can keep the 3pm black out for residential premises, if they allowed games to be shown locally.

It would be a great way of helping pubs survive, even if only a small number of them were selected to show the games. Heck, the Premier League could have their own chain of pubs across the nation, charge £10 a pint on a matchday and they would fucking rake it in.

The beverage of choice for the 1am park drinkers, iirc
