They're probably the league's best spoilers and they'll be coming with the intention of spoiling, nothing ambitious, low block hoping for a set piece or two.

Just hope we make early chances count.

The last 3 have clearly been harder, surely. Away at Brighton, Chelsea and then away at Arsenal.

How on earth could home v Everton be harder than those?

Honestly don't think Everton will give a solitary fuck about this. They're stuck in 13th, they've had their big party to see off Goodison, the out of contract lads have said goodbye and they're threadbare in defence. If we score early, it could get ugly, Everton have got form for it last day too.

Harder to do that without your first choice CB pairing though.

Without doubt.

To a rational, neutral observer looking from the outside a home game against an Everton side with nothing to really play for is the best fixture of all the CL contenders.

To us lot though....?  Wish it was being played tomorrow.

Think nerves are natural before any massive game tbf. All part of the fun.

Not in terms of quality.

The way they play I don't think it makes a massive difference tbh. If anything they'll just be more compact which will be more frustrating. O'Brien is a decent player who I think will take over from Tarkowski next season as first choice I think.

Maybe, but their back 4 is likely to be:

Young Keane O'Brien Mykolenko

That is there to be got at, no excuse for not winning imo.

The Everton fans are desperate to beat us, but their players there's probably only Pickford that cares, a makeshift back line, the highest they can finish is 13th and the lowest is 14th, I'm not sure their players will care what happens in this game, I cannot see them putting up much of a challenge. An early goal and we walk this game.
