Always baffled reading comments like this. No one else believing in the jinx? He’ll be MOTM now

because we aren’t 5

Do any adults really believe in jinx. Does praising an Everton player counter the jinx? I dare say an Everton fan is saying similar about our players are they a jinx? Can only one person be a jinx at any one time? What’s the rules

Alcaraz is decent, been much better than Doucoure when he's played.

He wasn’t on Sunday when he came on, he was shite.

But I will admit to not seeing a great deal of him/Everton in general, so perhaps that was just an isolated poor cameo.

Although if he’s so much better than Doucoure, surely he would be getting picked ahead of him?

The more I think about this, the more confident I am. Comfortable win.

Opposite for me.

My ADHD riddled, overthinking prone brain has decided Everton are akin to prime Barcelona. Proper dreading it.

Not seen anything of him at Everton (never watch any of their games except against us), I was quite impressed with him when he was at Southampton though. You're right about Doucoure, but that could also be down to Moyes preferring a stronger presence in midfield.

I'm going on that we are a far better team player for player and also that if the team has the same determination as they did in the semi against Arsenal and the final against Liverpool, we will just have far too much for a team with nothing to play for.

The squeakiest of squeaky bum time if we are 1-0 up with 10 minutes to go and everyone else is winning....

Be a bit difficult for both Forest and Chelsea to be winning.

Definitely, that's why I said we need to ensure that we continue to push forward and look to kill the game off. It only takes one mistake (like last season against these), a deflection and or a screamer from 30 yards to see us miss out when only 1 - 0 up.

We managed it against Chelsea, but the crowd and players were as nervy as fuck that second half. A better header from James for a very decent chance and we would be looking for miracles on Sunday. Crowd has to play their part full game also. Of course there are going to be nerves, but against Chelsea it was blatantly obvious and the players will have known this also.

It's crazy that a draw for us may well be enough, but I certainly don't want to be in that position for the final few minutes.

Even a loss can be enough if Villa lose to Man U.

Appears to be selected for Sky unless any last minute curve ball from Sky to show Liverpool's game for no reason.

Forest vs Chelsea Sky (confirmed)

Fulham vs City / Liverpool vs Palace (Jamie Carragher's title celebration wankfest, TAA farewell/ Community Shield dress rehearsal or whatever SKy's justification isnto show the scoursers)

Newcastle vs Everton Sky

Man Utd Vs Villa TNT Sports

I’m getting more and more confident by the day!

The atmosphere will be bouncing with a 4pm bank holiday Sunday kick-off and Pickford always increases the noise (hatred!) levels!

INTO THEM!

Fair.

I just think the motivation of the two sides will be night and day.
