I can't see us signing anyone tbh. Even if we agreed a fee today and medical today the videos take several days.

Agreed. I think things stay as they are now with the rodent eventually having to eat humble pie and get reintegrated.

Well this one is off the table like JSL.

Of course both clubs could buckle but that is definitely not in their interests.

Regardless of Isak we need another striker in and Osula out on yesterday's evidence.

Not gonna happen.

Probably won't change much/anything, but I can see him submit a transfer request, as a final attempt.

But as I say, doesn't mean Brentford will or have to lower the price, or even accept it.

All this "refusing to submit transfer requests" bollocks needs clamping down on.

Contracts going forward need things in that say

- Refusing to train

- Refusing to travel

- Refusing to play

etc will invalidate any loyalty payments due if a transfer happens within current/next transfer window

I would also have something about releasing stuff to the media either directly or in-directly especially posts on social media.

I mean I don't disagree with the idea but unless something is released directly by the player there's deniability, so sadly that won't work. And if doing it directly leads to penalties, then they'll just all ensure they do it indirectly.

Also not often I agree with Andy Townsend but in this type of situation players should, as he says, be prohibited from playing internationally too. Not least if he goes there not match fit and picks up a long term injury.

I know thats a can of worms fifa wouldnt want to deal with.

Bring in some rules and regulation around agents, and if an agent can be found to have been leaking stories they lose their cut in any deal. Also comes down to media outlets only using ethical journalists rather than trying to remain a step away from it all by regurgitating these social media influencers who think they can say anything for clicks.

Refusing to train or play should be a minimum 5 match ban in the league you play in.

Repeating should be banned from playing anywhere for a year.

this shit needs to stop. If one gets away with it. All will start doing it

If he stays that wouldn't help us.
