As with so many Chelsea players of the past half decade, it’s really hard to evaluate him without considering any broader context (that is, a shitshow and/or revolving door of players that doesn’t allow most of their squad to really settle in.)

He could see in to the future could he? 

Our previous transfers has mostly been excellent. His comments never made any sense, unless he just meant that we had spent to much money.
