What I did notice this time though... the little rat Fernandes in the refs ear about the Ramsey incident, and wouldn't ignore the influence he maybe had on the decision. As they said on MOTD, he (Ramsey) maybe gets a slight touch off the keeper but ultimately just loses balance... he's not even looking for a decision/pen.
