Looks like Man Utd have released some details about their feasibility study. This is how you do it btw, PIF et al.

Better this than just the "we have completed the study" in my opinion.

Yep, that’s because feasibility studies don’t take years, they take a few months.  Those of us who actually work in the industry know this, but that would be to criticise our owners, which cannot be countenanced.

The communication of the next step is so crucial to the whole thing. Please don’t bungle this, NUFC.

Man Utd are basing their plan on staying at Old Trafford, so their PR doesn’t need to contemplate fan outrage at the prospect of moving locations. It’s either revamp current stadium or build new stadium, but both in the current out of town site

Not defending PIF, as I think they could be doing a much better job on comms

But if the conclusion to their feasibility study is that we’re moving, then they need to manage the PR very sensitively and slowly start to prepare fans for the news

Because based on chat in here, even moving a few hundred yards to Leazers Park will cause ructions

Saturdays thoughts,

took my 5 year old for the first time as well who loved it

club shop before the game, great new look for the store, staff helpful and it was packed

first time ive bought food in the ground for about 20 years, 5.50 for a hot dog is obscene but he ate it and loved it and so did i tbh

leazes roof still leaking and dripping throughout the game, the roof is manky as owt as well, just looks drab now.

PA system at a much more acceptable level for my ears

Anyone else had an email yesterday confirming winning a £100 voucher for Stack and then receiving another one today saying sorry you haven't, we have a glitch. I suppose if they honoured the emails we wouldn't be able to sign anyone this month.

The Stack tweeted saying it was an error!

The chilli loaded chips are nice btw.

In other news, I see the government are going to use powers to push through all sorts of big new developments, such as a third runway at Heathrow, other airport extensions and a huge Universal Studios down south. Would be nice for a brand new stadium or stadium development to get the same treatment and not be held up for years.

Too far north for that.

Good to see the net zero agenda is alive and well though.

I think we’ll get permission if they go for it and still expecting to be blown away when we see plans around new stadium.

Think they’ll throw the kitchen sink at the new stadium option to get everyone on side.

Is there a reason why all stadium tours are unavailable after March? Was hoping to get up either Easter week or late August but all dates to the end of December are unavailable

Potentially have a new cup on display, so therefor may increase the price due to the demand from those who want to see it.

What’s going on opposite Shearer’s?

Hopefully building a small hotel which we can then sell to PIF for £100m and the club keeps the income :nods:

Nothing on the planning portal, so nobody really knows.
