Staying at SJP in its current guise with an extended Gallowgate is a poor compromise, the Milburn and Leazes aren’t even fit for purpose, before we even get on to the East Stand. That’s a rebuild though and would require areas that can’t be used for periods of time, and possible stadium closures. It would also likely cost just as much as a new stadium and give us far less.
