Comegetasample
Could the screens feasibly be moved brick by brick to Beamish then ejected into the upper atmosphere? I think it would solve a lot of problems.
Scoreboard82
Who was the new stadium announcer v Arsenal and why? Sounded like Steve of Metro radios' breakfast show, Steve and Karen.

They definitely need to include two new larger screens in the redevelopment. Is it Schalke where the screens are suspended on top of the middle of the pitch? Yes, but it has trusses across. It's also kind of a pathetic screen.

NWMag
The Rugby League Magic Weekend has been moved to Elland Road next year, August 17th and 18th, due to St James Park non-availability - obviously it’s during the football season but that’s the same for Leeds United, and the Grand final is usually in October at Old Trafford so I don’t believe it’s a case of being unavailable just because it’s during the season - it’s also been there before during the season. could we be expecting some news on expansion soon? Id say less than zero chance of it happening within 9 months unless you think the club would just remove/relocate STH's from games this season without warning to build it

ponsaelius
They haven't even completed their feasibility studies yet nevermind deciding on an option, putting together a detailed design and planning application to be submitted, and then it being fully considered publicly for approval. There's no chance whatsoever of anything commencing in under 12 months. They haven't even started on the temporary fan park yet. Thats ignoring the lengthy planning and application stages needed prior to it. Plus the new fan park which will prevent anything built there.

patrone
The club is going to send out a survey to us with a load of "what if" type questions, based on ground move, redevelopment of St James' and so on Eales said that "currently" the club is nowhere near any decision but all options are available
Disco
Heard from a good source they've approached the council, Historic England and the Secretary of State for DCMS to discuss the moving of Leazes Terrace brick by brick to an as yet unkown location elsewhere in the region. macphisto
I'd be amazed if a decision hasn't already been made and this is essentially just a PR exercise to justify whatever they do. I've never known consultation where everyone doesn't know what the final outcome will be.
