  1. Past hour
  2. Good point. I do wonder if the keep plowing money in to that exhibition league after Ronaldo calls it a day. Players like Duran don't bring you any eyeballs despite the vast sums spent.

If they go up they go up, it's not going to affect me too much either way, completely ambivalent to it. If I could decide the result they'd get fucking smashed today but they've got a decent chance
  4. Anyone reckon JD be selling the shirt on release? Hoping they've got both long and short sleeve versions as last season could go in and grab the shirt well quicker then waiting in big queue at the ground.

Put it this way, we either get our schadenfreude today or it gets delayed for a few months and we have a whole season of it. Sheffield United are the marginally better team but are, as said, serial bottlers so anything can happen today. Having said that whichever one gets promoted with have a long, hard, miserable season 25/26 getting hoofed every week, home and away. Those scruffy runts won't lay a glove on us in the league, insignificant.
  6. Everton isn't the dream move for him but it's probably the most sensible at this stage. He could easily go there and score 15+ a season as the main man in the new ground and get himself the big move he's probably wanting right now. It's a nice stepping stone move

So is that about £7m per club. Bonza. Up the Blades.
  8. Gola

    NUFC Transfer Rumours

With Mbeumo, am sure if he does well for us we can ship him to Saudi for a ridiculous fee later on.
  9. I’d hope the third season is better than the second where they finished 17th.
  10. I was nervous as hell on Sunday night and Monday but I’m now totally confident that we’ll blow them away and win 3 or 4 nowt! INTO THEM!
  11. "Doesn't get any takers in his Cattermole mask" haha genius
  12. Still shitting. Can't help but think worst case scenario. But you're right. Remove the emotion and bias and looking at it, we're already qualified. We're a great side, and have something to play for. Everton are average, with injuries and jst wanna finish the season.
  13. Everton is the best move for Delap. their fans apparently made a big fuss of him when Ipswich were there the other week. He’d be better there than Man Utd or Chelsea.

Yes, hence the second sentence. Sheffield United were miles ahead of them in the league and deserve to go up. Hope they don't bottle it.
  15. Dokko

    Scott McTominay

Won serie a player of the season. Reckon we'll go in for him?
  16. Haven't they both got dire records, tho.

The mackems have a poor record in play-off finals. Just hope the Blades can sort themselves out.
  18. Dokko

Wonder if they've blown their load early again. Their support has been flat on final day after using all their voice and energy the night before. Shame they've left it in a state. Expected, can't do anything for themselves.
  19. Elma

    sunderland

Ah of course. Less parachute payments.
  20. Bonus ball Newcastle United to financially benefit if Sunderland lose to Sheffield United today
  21. Ange does appear to be the living embodiment of getting high off your own supply. His ego is something else, especially after the relentless shitshow Spurs have been this season. Fair play, enjoy your trophy but don’t crow about it too loudly when you were an absolute embarrassment in a major final and only won because the other team was somehow even worse
  22. Not intending to wind anyone up, just having an opinion on a newcastle forum which o im entitled to do as a fan of 30+ years
