  2. Not my question to answer and I don't really care about this topic, but I'd guess the training ground stuff and stadium decisions/announcement seem to move a slow pace.
  3. If Yasir is flying over for matches, key meetings etc. then it absolutely is a major priority. Solis being Head of Direct European Investments and on our board is another key indicator that its a massive priority. They simply cannot throw money at the playing squad because of rules that came in post takeover that resulted in whatever original plan they underwrote having taken a massive hit. They could have changed their mind and cut us loose or pushed us down the pecking order but instead they've basically max'd out the playing squad investment as often as possible within the rules and are close to announcing a billion+ investment that the city of Newcastle likely never gets without them. I'm all for holding the owners to task but there is literally nothing else they can do.
  4. What particularly would you like them to decide quicker?
  5. Gordon when Diaz goes
  6. Does anyone get the feeling Liverpool are going to test us for Isak? I think they are
  7. It’s only taking place because Infantino is a proper egotistical bellend, where he wants it to be all about him and this club World Cup is all about him. Then it’s only happening financially because the Saudis have brought the 2034 World Cup, so as a thank you conventiently purchased a stake in DAZN that covers the TV costs.
  8. Just wish their decision making processes were a little bit quicker. Things seem to drag on...

    NUFC Transfer Rumours

You thinking isn’t hard to grasp at all. Just genuinely baffling you would after watching every press conference. You can be if you want to be. That’s your call.
  10. Would wait until after the knockouts for a full opinion it might break into life
  11. Suggesting NUFC isn't PIF's top priority doesn't mean I'm not happy with how they're running the club; it's just an observation. I don't think it's mad to suggest they're not wearing black and white goggles when they're bankrolling a £1billion tournament that we're not competing in. I'm quite comfortable with it, tbh. Rightly or wrongly, Saudi money being everywhere makes their involvement with us easier to stomach. Do wonder how things would've played out had they not hit the jackpot with Eddie Howe, but that's a concern for another day really.

I’d literally change the whole pre, half time and post match sets to be Fender. They’d be jumping off Level 7 like lemmings.
  13. Jesus he's rooting Chloe Ferry? Literally the thickest woman in existence. He's got a low bar. What a sad prick, his wife must be pissing herself laughing.
  14. The whole thing is best taken for what it actually is - a huge charade to distribute as much wealth as possible to a few carefully selected clubs. Not one of the teams want to be there, not a single player wants to play the games, the ticket prices are irrelevant, the attendances don't matter and the fact it's being broadcast for free tells you how much 'the product' is actually worth. It's been arranged with the sole intention of pumping more Saudi cash into the sport in order to exert power and influence over future decisions FIFA will make in the next 20+ years. Anyone taking it seriously needs to take a few steps back, take off the normal glasses and fuck the whole thing off. It's a piece of jewel-encrusted shit of a tournament
  15. They’ve priced it incorrectly. They have taken an NFL price structure for tickets simply because it’s being hosted on the USA. They’ve also read far too much into the Messi Inter Miami tickets selling for hundreds. If this was held in the U.K. or a European country, every game would be a sellout (although not with the initial pricing structure), same for South America.
  16. Straight out the DCL playbook
  17. Goal, the empty seats go wild.
  18. Great play from Jackson. Goal Neto.
  19. Got an assist from a corner for their second goal too
  20. I don't want to play that, ever.
  21. I agree he fits the managers style. Gordon is a touchy subject - I still don’t think he’s that good he’s 24 and had 1 good season in his career. I like him and I’m not in his thread trying to sell him like many others are. But if we sold him for £60m I wouldn’t feel we were robbed. The reason I think we should get more is that he’s actually delivered and players like JP are linked for £60m without delivering. I like JP’s ability more than Gordon mind. Some of his finishes and his jinkyness is excellent. But I don’t like how he hasn’t delivered consistently and has the nerve to push for a move. At least Cunha balled out before acting a cunt and Gordon was boo’d. Gordon has shown he can hook it up mentally, JP hasn’t. As others have said if JP had we would be talking £80m+. The PL to PL moves are mad.

Have him play local hero in the centre circle when both teams come out for the Derby. Heads exploding all over Wearside.
