Not in the MLS. For the most part North American teams stay away from B&W stripes due to its common usage by referees (especially in basketball and American football). A minor league team called the Richmond Kickers used to play in B&W but they changed to red a few years back. I think that was the only one. Thanks, some new team should do it, maybe Philly? It'll never happen. It's like CaliMag says. Between referees and footlocker employees, black and white stripes aren't the same here. Still, its a chance for a team to give themselves a unique identity in the MLS. Someone should go that way iyam.

That my friend is apathy. I feel it too, no doubt the moment when we do go down will hit me like a ton of bricks. I know. I've been trying to convince myself all season that i'm not apathetic, but i have barely flinched at any result this season since it was blatantly obvious Kinnear was taking us nowhere. Somewhere around the Mackems loss/Stoke draw. That includes the Liverpool home game, West Brom win, this one. I looked at BBC site, saw the result, shrugged, and went back to work. There's been the odd occassion where we've won where i've been elated, think Spurs was the last genuine one, but i can count on one hand the goals i've properly celebrated this season, as in brought the house down. We're going absolutely f***ing nowhere as things stand and as unpassionate/unsupportive as it may sound, it's probably better for my health that i feel this way. I'm expecting some snidey "f*** off and support someone else, then" comment is on it's way from someone... I know what you mean. Take today for example, I was supporting the team as much as anyone, yet when we went 3-1 down I switched immediately from going mental to just laughing and joking with my mates as if we werent even at the match. It's shocking that it has come to this tbh.

Totally agree, fans of Man U Arsenal Chelsea and Liverpool need at least a good 5 year spell in the real doldrums to make them wise up a bit.

I would hope and I like to think that these players have at least a modicum of self respect that means they will fight tooth and nail to keep us up. If I were in their position and we went down, I wouldnt be able to look myself in the mirror withouth knowing that I gave it everything I had to try and keep us up. No matter how much money I was on.
