Thought he did ok on the first twenty minutes or so. Played some nice passes and kept his tempo up. Then it was the usual bullshit. Overhitting a cross, dallying with the ball at his feet, so slow to make any decision that the crowd grumbled. What is it with him and heading the ball? He can't judge the flight of a ball to save his life. Gets under it then jumps straight up in the air. Invariably the ball bounces off the top of his noggin and goes backwards

Was a fun game that, the morning really flashed by! Quality players on both sides which made things quite even. We should have won though... I'm prepared to admit now that going 6-1 down at the start of the game wasn't the best tactic.

The way the season has gone is a good indicator of what level we need to maintain. We've had quite a few slip ups, really, and here we are sitting top. From here onwards you'd expect the slip ups to be less frequent especially at home and the string of good results to be a little bit longer. No looking back hopefully.

Loved David Seaman. The fact that save happened in the twilight of his career plus he was never know for his acrobatics anyway made it all the better. Great moment for him.
