  1. This. It was clearly an issue and they were asked for a response to the WTO report. This is the response and I think it's the final hurdle, can't think of anything else to stop it. Human rights issues, Sheff Utd conflict of interest, Government interjections, Bein piracy, Khashoggi murder were all legitimate issues and I think they've all been dealt with. Buying shares in an organisation that televises PL matches won't do any harm either.
  2. What this game needs is 6 Everton goals.
  3. Second one was an easy save but no keeper is ever catching it. Love Evra laughing at him and Keane sitting there like someone's just shit in his kettle.
  4. Keane booting the fuck off. First game back after nearly 4 months
  5. Was it North Korea who tried to take 2 goalkeepers to the World Cup so they could have an extra outfielder, only to have to nominate some poor striker to be 3rd choice keeper and not be able to play outfield because of the way the rules were? I may have entirely dreamed that up but I'm sure it happened. Haven't heard that one but that doesn't mean it never happened
  6. Luiz is fucking trash. Usually has been.
  7. Surely the test is the test and that's the end of it. There's a set criteria and if it's met then it passes? How can Qatar be allowed to hire a QC to give their interpretation of the WTO report and submit it? The PL are looking at the suitability or otherwise of MbS and Saudi to become the owners of a PL club and that's the end of it. The process has nothing to do with Qatar outside of the piracy claim which has now been revealed and presented. Up to the PL to decide who they say no to, SA or Qatar. Given Qatar don't already own a PL club I'd imagine it's easier to say no to them and welcome the new SA cash. This isn't a new issue either, the PL will have been quite aware of what's happened over the last couple of years and still haven't said no yet. They could have thrown it out immediately. They could have thrown it out yesterday night upon publication of the report but they haven't. That leads me to believe it'll go through and some kind of compromise will be thrashed out via the PL and SA about the piracy. Nothing at all to base this on btw
  8. Surely when he fell into the side netting whilst holding the ball they should have said, hang on, let's just have another look at that again before play restarts? It looked well over at normal speed, I can forgive the ref for believing his watch and playing on but the fuckers watching it live should have picked up on it quickly. It's lazy. It's there to prevent obvious howlers and they've failed miserably tonight.
  9. Didn't Robbie Savage smash one past us when he played for Leicester?

    Transfer rumours

    Now you're talking. ...of course
  11. Poster boy for the Ashley-Pardew axis of evil. Cheap, shit, available and willing to spew out whatever he was told to. Sums up the era nicely, 9 years on the payroll, contributed fuck all, no ambition other than "it'll do". He did. Now he's gone. He can fuck clean off back into the obscurity from whence he came. I'd call him a piece of shit but he's not significant enough to warrant it.

    Sunderland

The only reason I don't want them to go out of business is so they can still have something, as tiny and pitiful as it is, to continue making them unhappy. No sympathy whatsoever, fuck them.

Can you imagine what they would be like if the situations were reversed?

    Sunderland

Fact is they weren't in the play off places, they spent the majority of the season in 7th to 10th. They don't like it much because their crowds are larger than most but that means zero when deciding promotion or relegation. They're the anti-Bournemouth. Fuck them.

I thought they were? Them, Peterborough and two others? Well, so they think. No official who voted for what, yet. You'd think Tranmere wanted to carry on looking at the table.

    They're a bit salty, aren't they?
  17. Doesn't change what he gets paid. Got you. So they've already declared it but he still actually gets it monthly?
