This would look class on a fat lad who had cornrows. Fucking dope, bro.

I think they were talking about Sagna. Nowt to worry about just yet.

Tin hat on. I think he's very average at the moment. He's still young and I'm sure he'll improve and stop making as many mistakes as he currently does. I'm not doubting his commitment or effort and he's not a bad player by ay stretch of the imagnation.....I just don't think he's the player some make him out to be. I wish he was superb -but he's just...not. Yet. Really want Allardyce to sign someone like Sol Campbell who will bring him on as a better player.

Yo yo yo yo homie! You is trippin' muthafucka!

Is this who I think it is?

A ban for making a shit joke/crap wind-up? We'd lose half the board.

Pretty sure he was joking...

Haway man Vic, some of the players earn their employers millions through prize money/ sponsorship and merchandise. It's only right they're paid the going rate relative to the money they bring into the club. PS. If you found out someone was getting paid 3 times as much as you were for doing exactly the same job as you in the same city, how would you react?

The solution is simple. Cap wages. Easy way round that though. Offer basic salary but include huge bonuses for league placing/goals/assists etc. Good idea but it would be exploited imo. Huge bonuses that would have to be actually earnt though, which would be far more palatable for me. Me too. Just pointing out how the big, successful clubs would bend the salary cap rules if they were put in force. Success would be a fair probability so the player knows he'd earn a fortune in bonuses. There's always a loophole which will mean the best players sign for the best teams.

Some actors get $15m a movie... If an employer can afford the best, they'll shell out for the best.

Not really. Get annoyed by picky bastards, mind you...

blueyes.gif Looking very much like it'll be: Brazil vs Uruguay will play Mexico vs Argentina (unless Peru shock the tournament and beat Argentina)

Yea looking at it like that it does seem expensive but you have missed out that Setanta aint just showing premiership matches, They have all kind of sports on there. They had Cotto v Judah and the Ricky Hatton fight so basically on sky they would of cost you £30. Your looking at it as thou Setanta only show premiership like Prem plus used too. I'm looking at it from MY point of view tbh. I couldn't give a toss about boxing. £1 a game under Sky was excellent - paying these twats £100 a season for 46 (?) games isn't happening afaic. Especially when their coverage is, apparently, dogshit.

August, September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May. 10 months @ £10 per month = £100. Sky - 40 games for £40. Setanta can fuck right off.

You seem to overestimate what percentage of a referee's decisions are to do with the ball crossing the goal-line or not. FYP.

Ronaldo (the Ronaldo) was, largely speaking, unplayable for most of the late 90's. He had the lot. Pace, power, control and could finish. He'll never hit these heights again obviously but if he regains his fitness and motivation, he'll still be up there with the top scorers in Serie A next year.

Don't blame me. Apparently we're responsible for other teams not being able to sell tickets! I'm just presenting the facts as opposed to the fiction posted by some of your more delusional contributors! Wasn't blaming anyone! I just think you're going to get a bit of a pasting that's all. Personally, I like to read the posts of fans from other clubs. It's always good to get a neutral's viewpoint/opinion. The good ones talk sense and are honest, the arseholes tend to take cheapshots. Some stay, some go...

An incendiary post trotter. Good luck.

It's the future.

I'd rather they get the crucial decisions correct. We can all argue about every other incident that occurred during the course of the match.

He wouldn't have referred it to video if he was that sure. Moot point tbh. Hawk-Eye isn't video though is it? I thought it detected when the ball had crossed the line using sensors in the ball and at each end of the line? Whenever the ball crosses the line, the ref is automatically told via a buzzer or an ear-piece or something? So why would he need to refer it at all? If he hears a buzzer - goal. If not - play on... Struggling to see what you're saying...

£9.99 Month Yea £10 is a lot if your only getting the channel for the Premiership games but if you like all kind of sports then it aint to bad. 40 games for £40... [/JamesNesbitt]
