He has enormous potential if hes standing out playing this season, imagine what he would have been like in the team last year playing with confidence. Great upgrade from Guthrie.

To be fair though if you're running at full speed, any touch and you lose your balance. Was a penalty in my opinion.

I like Simmo but we are crying out for a right back who can cross, not only will we improve on a position but our attacks won't all come down the left hand side when Ben Arfa isn't playing. There are so many times when we hit a cross ball to Simmo, he has loads of space to attack but he turns back and plays the easy ball back to the midfield, attacking momentum gone.

Do well to beat that for goal of the season. Scored by Stoke so won't get goal of the season.

Thought Colo had Taraabt in his back pocket won the ball nearly everytime it was 1 on 1. Think you're a bit harsh on Santon Yorkie, he carried the ball well and always offered something going forward.

Fair play to Pardew who made the subs with some game time remaining for once and all 3 changed the game, even Obertan when he was sprinting to get the ball back.
