Harry reckons he's never thought about managing England
-
Shows those players could win games, they just couldn't be arsed.

An Italian abandoning a sinking ship, now there's a surprise (bindun?)
-
Of course, they've managed to squeese past the mighty Boro in extra time, all plain sailing from here.

In the crowd at the Boro-Sunderland game, rocking some hipster glasses

As soon as one or the other's form dips, England or Spurs fans would kick off.

Alex McLeish has warned disgruntled Aston Villa winger Charles N'Zogbia that the only person who can help to improve his mood is himself. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11661/7495073/

http://www.best-buy-flags.co.uk/Senegal-Wristband--sweatband-25-x-315-inch-buy-flags-12660,bestbuyflags.html Fair bit more though, 3.95 euros plus 5.90 euros postage. Comes to about £8 rather than the £4 they were on Amazon before Geordies bought the lot.

Might have given himself a better chance if he didn't start his forum career trying to blend in by holding a comb over his top lip and spouting the things he's heard that Mags say from someone who works with one.

They're now using this as the sole basis for deciding the bonus point awards http://www.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/2011/08/05/analysing-the-ea-sports-index/ One of those systems that thinks football is maths and you can decide how good a player is by just coldly crunching numbers.

Who the fuck makes a Spurs/Liverpool half-and-half scarf for a fixture like this and, more to the point, what kind of knacker buys them and sits in the Kop in it?
-
Who else expected a different end to the sentence on Sky starting "Well, it's not black, so..."
-
"Different priorities, Spurs are hoping to get closer to Manchester United, Liverpool have the chance to close the gap on Chelsea." Erm, ahem.
-
How did Sky put it again? You could have had two keepers and a stepladder and still not have saved that.

Trying to talk about the Suarez thing to scousers is genuinely like when you talk to people in a cult. Suarez said the only time he used the word 'negro' is when saying "Why, black?" in that "matey" manner. Evra said he said "Because you are black" in response to asking why he was kicked. Damien Comolli, Liverpool's DoF, said that Suarez told him he had said "Because you are black". Dirk Kuyt testified that Suarez has told him in Dutch he'd said "Because you are black", which Suarez says must have been another 'lost in translation' thing. Dalglish told the referee that Mr Suarez responded with “you are black” having first been taunted with ‘you are South American’, contradicting Suarez saying he only ever said "Why, black?". Liverpool's evidence is what changed it from being one man's word against another. But all you get is conspiracy theories about the date of the hearing being deliberately chosen to disadvantage Liverpool.

K Kevin Keegan left the toon in a heli-copta He came back with Terry Mac to save us from disaster. Imortalised by Harry Palmer alongside such wonderful wordsmitthery as "I want to be by that toaster, oh when the beans come out the tin" and "Geordie boys we are here, slap your lass with a Christmas tree" What happened to him anyway? Last I heard he got busted for claming dole while doing paid appearances in front of 30,000 locals. Guess the sunglasses didn't do the trick...

Even if the form since O'Niell took over continues, with us averaging 1.63 points per game and them 2.11,it would take them about 20 games to catch us and there's, what, 15 left?
-
If, at the end of the season, they try to pull "NETD since St Martin took over" remind them that means we're NETDs since Shearer took over in our relegation season because we both got four points over those last 8 games but we have a goal difference of -6 to their -12. If their time under Bruce doesn't count, neither does ours under Kinnear.
