  3. Bordeaux are supposed to be paying £9m for Braithwaite from Boro, they'll not be buying both.
  4. Mourinho sent Fellaini on for 7 minutes and took him off again.
  5. What a piss poor result. Our home record is absolutely pitiful.
  6. Atalanta vs Juve is on Mix if you don't have Sky Sports and you fancy looking at some fog for an hour.

    Dogawful Officiating

Sounds like VAR was a right laugh in Serie A over the weekend. Check out the goal Crotone had disallowed for offside in injury time. Flag up, checks the replay, miles onside, disallows it anyway. https://youtu.be/VBoIx01iwT8 There were also three games where the referee didn't use the video when he should have, and another where the TV company didn't show him the correct images so he got the decision wrong.
  8. TBF, and I can't stand VAR, even in the sports that use it successfully the same issue exists. Hawkeye only covers particular courts at Wimbledon for example.
  9. Before each clip, the relevant minute comes up next to the scoreline at the top.
  10. Type of fixture that could keep the club going for years.
  11. Their 3 wins have been their last 3 games tbf.
  12. I've been thinking the exact opposite actually (KI). This feels like the most pointless Premier League season I can remember. I agree, I enjoy following these leagues much more than the Premier League at the moment. Despite dominance of a particular club/clubs at the top, there feels like there's more competition further down the table and that games between mid-table clubs actually mean something, might lead to one of them having a memorable season. Teams like Sociedad, Betis, Atalanta, Sampdoria, Celta, Udinese are interesting teams who you've got a good chance of seeing an entertaining match from. The bottom (almost) three quarters of the Premier League this season is going to be like one of those African leagues where they all finish within about five points of each other. None of them are going to think they've had a good season, none of them are any good, none of them are worth watching, none of them can beat the teams above them. They just nick points off each other here and there, attempt damage limitation when anyone above Leicester turns up and the three that go down are no better or worse than the other ten, they're just the ones still standing when the music happens to stop after game 38.
  13. "Excuse me next door neighbour, you've been using my electricity for free!" "It wasn't free mate, you paid for it." "Good point. Carry on."
  14. This might have been posted on here before but I've not seen it, heard about it on James Richardson's new Serie A podcast. It's long and in two parts but it's fascinating: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2740487-inside-the-stalker-hell-of-italian-footballer-fabio-quagliarella
  15. Thanks Dave. This one is much better than the old one imo.
