If you're going to make a decision like that with a popular coach, you've got to take a risk that there's going to be a big upside - as we're now starting to maybe see at Bournemouth, or Pochettino when he went to Saints. Forest fans are going to be sceptical of Nuno from the off but you know what you're going to get with him and it's not particularly exciting or interesting, and he's not a coach on the up. Be very surprised if things work out for the better.

But when a team like Spurs starts to tear through your midfield on their own patch, you really want some experience in there at some point, not just a kid who's still got homework to do when he gets home.
