It's simply another catastrophic piece of writing. He's on about Drago with the "very experienced central defender" and then talks about Enrique in the next sentence. He's not even trying anymore, he knows he's gone.

Please sum up, in your own words and in your own time, your thoughts of these world beaters mackems.gif Daniel Braaten Heidar Helguson Dzemaili Gavin McCann Jlloyd Samuel mackems.gif Then tell me how they compare to our signings, which is what this was about until you started spouting shit out of every orifice.

'Even though' is that his new saying?

Wow ... glad you're not running the club. Why not? Perfectly reasonable expectations. Serious?! I'd be happy with top 8 to be honest. I'd love it if we did better but there is a lot of competition for places at the top. Aye, winning the FA cup in January is simple man.

I would take Anelka over Viduka any day and if you're being honest you probably would as well. Claudio Cacapa? Never heard of him. Have you? Geremi. Thought he'd retired. Didn't he use to play for Boro and then warm the bench at Chelsea? Obviously quality then. David Rozehnal. Never heard of him. Joey Barton. Massively overrated. Don't think it's any coincidence that you didn't face much competition for his signature. You ever watched anyone other than Bolton? Yes. That's how i'm able to give my opinion. Not the sharpest tool in the box are we? Cacapa? Lyon captain for 5 years? champion league year on year? thought so. Geremi? 5 years YOUNGER than your good friend Campo, Robben must be shit then. David Rozehnal? Czech International. Joey Barton? English international, unlike your good friend Nolan who can't even get a cap playing his best. Your not the sharpest tool in the box are you? Absolutely Marcus Merk'd him there. The fact that we were talking about THIS seasons signings so he compares Viduka to Anelka means he merk'd himself a long time ago.
-
Not good news then, looks like he could be staying put.

If he doesn't at least get us the FA cup and finish in the top 4 by January, i can see him being sacked.

You making yourself look like a bitter joke tbf.

I'm one of them. Like i said, i thought we could spend £6m a lot better, but he's here, and he gets my full support. I don't mind admitting that.

Ironic then that he ends up at a club that no longer appear to have the money to match his ambitions. How long do you give him before he throws his dummy out of the pram again? Has he? Couple of more players and we've had a rather excellent summer spending spree, while your lot mug about scraping the barrel. Daniel Braaten Undisclosed Rosenborg Heidar Helguson Undisclosed Fulham Dzemaili Undisclosed FC Zurich Gavin McCann £ 1,000,000 Aston Villa mackems.gif Jlloyd Samuel Free Transfer Aston Villa mackems.gif Vs Alan Smith £ 6,000,000 Man Utd Claudio Cacapa Free Transfer Lyon Geremi Free Transfer Chelsea David Rozehnal £ 2,900,000 Paris St Germain Joey Barton £ 5,800,000 Manchester City Mark Viduka Free Transfer Middlesbrough Possibly Enrique (£4m) & drago (£2.5m) in the next few days. You call what he did spitting the dummy? After all that time and effort bringing such a shitty club into EPL and keeping it there. Ungrateful fuker. Right so you've spent less in total this season than you did on one player last season! And your point is? The only player you've signed that i would like to have seen in a BWFC shirt, is Alan Smith! What? We've spent nearly £15m, which is what we spent last season, if you are going off net, then we also sold last season as well, £7.5m with Boumsong, Faye, Chopra, Viana leaving. Still spending though is the key, what will be your excuse after we sign our next player? Besides, all of those players would walk into the Bolton 1st team and you know it, the only player you've signed that i would like to see in a toon strip is, erm....well nee fuker tbf. Edit: At least you are good for a laugh.

You're on shit form today like!

I am.

Boro fans, the only people in the Country that wish Sven was still in charge of England. You must be joking, they hated McClaren. Hates a strong word. They must love southgate then?

Watched it on DVD tbh. We all know he was at SJP. Probably still sat there this morning rocking back and forth like Dustin Hoffman in Rainman! It probably is him, he looks like he's by himself so...

Really? I thought Allardyce left Bolton because he 'needed a break from football', or did he just make that up? A long break wasn't it? No financial support from the board again was enough to see him walk, Sammy Lee will be less demanding and will just appreciate being in a job.

Big possibility. Another possiblity is that the cry from the fans (well media calling themselves 'the voice of the fans') is the FA appoint a foreigner again, just like the cry was to get rid of one last summer. They bow very easily, i expect them to go abroad after McCrapper.

Everton Baines bid FINALLY accepted. So i guess agreeing terms should be pretty easy.

Can i just be the 1st to say: mackems.gif Smith bid buoys Southgate http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11095_2642690,00.html Gareth Southgate feels it was an 'achievement' that Middlesbrough were close to signing Alan Smith. The England striker has signed for Newcastle United from Manchester United and marked his Magpies debut with the winner against Sampdoria on Sunday. But Smith also gave serious thought to a move to Middlesbrough, according to Riverside boss Southgate. And the Boro manager has gleaned encouragement from his club's efforts to sign Smith as he looks to strengthen his squad before the start of the season. Desperate to succeed "I spoke with him and we were in there right until the very end," said Southgate in the Daily Mail. "That was quite an achievement in that obviously we weren't offering the same transfer package as other teams who fell by the wayside much earlier. "But Alan felt his career opportunities were better at Newcastle. "We would ideally like to bring in a couple more players if we can. "We have to cut our cloth accordingly and the gates we get will have an impact, so we are appealing to fans. "We are desperate to succeed and we need the fans with us."

Good call on Southgate, he's shit. He's shit, but his team are shitter! Seriously for me they are about one player from being as weak at Wigan, thats all. Woodgate/Yakubu count as that player but Woody was lucky last season with injury, he's back to old, and Yakubu just went totally off the boil, if he starts the season like that (or sold) they've simply got nothing upfront in terms of a regular goalscorer, long hard season for Boro Tuncay/Woody/Yakubu/Schwarzer Lose 2 out of those 4 and they're fucked. Tuncay - Gamble, might not settle, especially in an industrial team & town like Boro. There's a half. Woody - Back to the old injured ways, so there's one. Yakubu - Form and wanting to leave, there's another half! Schwarzer - Contract up next year, won't sign a new deal, wants out, thinks the club is going backwards and is generally unhappy as fuk, another half. Their best 4 players and their ability to survive the league depends on a bunch of misfits, injury-pron players or players who want to walk away, start losing and mentally they'll have walked within the 1st 10 games, Southgate needs a miricle to keep them and the fans happy. Would be brilliant if we dicked all over them at the smellnet in a few weeks after all the grief I got after last years defeat. SA will put that right, 12pts off Sunderland & Boro this season for us. I wonder how cocky they are right now about this season?
