It feels to me like the last week or so the club have just been going through the French/Belgium/Holland database they own to find cheap defenders (and then get rebuffed). Doesn’t feel like Rafa’s type for the more recent players linked.

Can exclusively rule that out

Their twitters (first page anyway, kids are up now): @40deanstreet @arthurmurray @wearechoosey @cocosaofficial @cyclonepromo @faireland @firetraponline @heatonsstores @Hurlingham_UK @carltonsports @alandayvw @active_cover @everlast_gym @flannelsfashion @gelertcamping @Golddiggaonline @harleystskin @Hottunafashion The FAI is on there...... The FAI wouldn’t be able to cope.. ? It seems a bit unfair to some of the companies who aren’t owned by Ashley but if we make them aware that by associating with Bishop, they are fair game. It would certainly hurt his business which can only be a good thing. We know his modus operandi.. there will be a retaliation of sorts, so we need to be very much united and organised now. Aye, I'd probably just go for the ones associated with SD, the football ones and the ones being promoted on his stupid kba fashion thing to begin with. Can always expand later if necessary. Disagree I think Keith Bishop is turning out to be a weak link in the chain and probably one of the few people able to tell Ashley that he’s lost and needs to get out ASAP. These other organisations can pressure Bishop into doing the right thing.

He’s already put his money into Everton (yes, illegally but he’s gotten away with it) so it’s not going to happen Unless you read the previous page, where he, you know, hasn’t. You need to watch the Channel 4 documentary then, he’s secretly been putting money into Everton for two years now. HE ALREADY OWNS EVERTON The Alex Jones of N-O. Only if you think Channel 4 Dispatches ie one of Britain’s most respected television journalism programmes is just a huge conspiracy theory

Thought he was just a business associate. No there was a whole Channel 4 documentary about how the Everton owner has no money of his own and is just a stooge to get around dual ownership rules
-
He owns Everton allegedly

Has Ashley changed the club’s name?
-
Plus get rid of the chief agitator amongst players in terms of daring to ask for a bonus etc.
-
At this point I think the club is going to die soon. He’s simply going to liquidate all assets and withdraw us from the league. Won’t even be administration and an eventual sale he’ll just wind us down and the club will cease to exist.

I know prices are mental but we will not get £30m for Mitro ffs. Bought him for £13 million and his value has not exactly decreased. I concur, but we will not get £30m for Mitro. There is literally no chance, I'm sorry. Vehemently disagree given that we got £35 million for Carroll before prices even began to get as ridiculous as today. Assuming he does well at the WC his price would increase even more. The only reason we wouldn't be able to get £30m for him under those circumstances would be the incompetence of our club negotiating with other clubs, which to be fair, is very possible. I'll bet you £100 right now Mitro doesn't go for more than £30m. Or a tenner. Whatever you want but it's not happening. £100 it is Void if he stays, naturally. It's a bet then! heyup Kaiz, cheque in the post? PM me your deets. Had on man! Using the MA method of calculating the cost of transfers you need to add in- Transfer fee Agents fee Signing on fee Wages x years of contract BACS transfer fee Anything else not covered by the above Easily comes to over £30 million. You’ve forgot the other thing he does which is that if we sign a player for £7.5m on a 3 year contract, after 1 year he adds an additional cost of £2.5m as lost player value.

Yes, the players sitting in the centre circle, striking because they're not good enough and they think they should be replaced with better players is realistic. Inadequate facilities, inadequate bonuses, inadequate enablement from senior management, mistreated well liked colleague, not being given the tools to succeed in their careers.
-
The players need to strike. Centre circle sit in for the final friendly with the threat of further competitive games to follow.
-
I think for the group to be successful it will need to: - Force the media to stop spouting the club propaganda - Get the players onside put them in open revolt against Ashley with a view to a strike at one home game this season - Disrupt Ashley’s businesses and personal life through protests - Get Ashley to get rid of the ridiculous £10m deposit to negotiate - Find a buyer and sell the club to them It’s a big job
-
Reina Mangala Luiz Alli Modric Aubameyang Griezmann Lacazette Almost a full team of players Ashley has baulked at when available at cheap prices. Just need full backs and a winger.

Ashley wants Allardyce hence the public apology last year.

Article about how Lee Chavner tried to buy Shearer in instalments but wouldn’t go above £5 a week: https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/inside-story-how-newcastle-uniteds-11681210 Thought it was some poorly written satire about the club but actually happened!
-
I think we did miss Lejeune for the first half of last season so if getting the player that’s described it’s a good signing. Covering Lascelles however was a worry last year and will be this year too, he must stay fit!
-
Colback must be so thick does he not realise that a three year contract at £25k a week guarantees him an extra £2m of guaranteed lifetime earnings.
-
They aren’t real man. Absolute machines. Modric wasn't even tired when he walked off. Won’t be surprised if they fail a doping test although FIFA being FIFA will dodge their way out of drugs tests as usual.

Hopefully Solanke, Foden and Woodman have broken through for 2020. A better centre back and left wing back to replace Walker and Young too
-
The worst thing really is that our second team have to play Belgium’s second team again...

Steven Taylor is BACK .... and when I say back I mean literally the other side of the world playing for Wellington Phoenix in New Zealand
